DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Our specialty massage. A Deep tissue massage is geared to those with tense, knotted muscles in the back and legs. Our masseuse will evaluate the areas of your back and legs to determine where additional pressure to relieve the tension will be required. We will do our best to ease your tension with the appropriate pressure required. Please make sure you communicate with the masseuse if the pressure becomes too much!

Deep tissue massage is best suited for athletes, runners, people with injuries, and can also help for people with chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia and lower back pain. Hydrate! Drink plenty of water before and after your massage.
